October 24 – Current Status Of The Project
Depending on how you look at it, this project has so far been both a success and a failure. Let’s take a quick look at why – and at where the project stands now.
Success: I am really proud of creating a cohesive project with so many different elements: digital illustrations, generative art, stickers, and repeat patterns! I did it by myself in a fairly short time, including writing code (with some ChatGPT assistance) and editing a smart contract for the generative NFT collection. I gained quite a bit of experience and practiced many different skills, from brainstorming and planning to creating and marketing. The last one didn’t go so well, which brings us to the next part.
Failure: There haven’t been any sales in the project yet – none whatsoever. The NFT collections came and went. The print-on-demand shop has so far gone largely unnoticed. As for selling some of the items as digital products, I got so swept away by everything else that I haven’t gotten to it yet. So, financially, the project is a failure.
What is the project status now?
- The NFT collections are unavailable. The generative one had a limited “shelf life”. A couple items from it were minted by a previous collector of mine for free, and the rest won’t be returning. The 1/1 collection has been deleted from OpenSea (there were no sales), but it may reappear next summer on a different platform.
- The print-on-demand products are available on Redbubble.
- As I mentioned above, no digital products have been created yet. I am definitely planning to do it but may put it off till next year as it is Christmas season soon – and I’ll be working on Christmas-themed things.
July 11 – Generative Collection Reveal

June 15 – Print-on-demand Merch Available!
Fluffy Feline Summer is not just about NFTs – it’s also about cute cat and summer themed prints and patterns, now available in a print-on-demand shop. More new designs will be added during the summer, but there’s already lots of cute stuff to choose from!

June 10 – First 1/1 Collection Drop
The first artwork in the 1/1 collection, Ice-cream Time, has just been minted. It’s available for just 0.05 eth – get it now before someone else does!
You can also get some generative kitties instead for a chance to win this or other 1/1 work – all details in the project Telegram channel linked above.

Update: As there were no sales in the collection during the summer 2023, even with a discount at the end of it, the collection has since been removed from the platform. I am thinking of bringing it back next year, possibly on a different platform (maybe, Objkt?).
June 5 – Public Sales of Generative Collection Started
The generative collection is now available to anyone. Get your summer kitties for just 0.005 eth per mint.

May 25 – Drop Page & Presale for My Collectors Launched!
For those who have bought NFTs from me before, kitty sales have already started! Each of my collectors can mint 3 kitties for free (paying gas only) before the public sales of the collection start.
